Promoting equality by knowing our diverse community and understanding its changing needs.
Lincoln Christ’s Hospital School is committed to providing an inclusive, respectful and supportive environment in which all members of our school community are valued and have the opportunity to succeed.

2. Strengthen inclusion and accessibility. Ensure students with disabilities, SEND and other identified needs can participate fully in school life.
3. Promote respect, understanding and belonging. Develop a school culture in which diversity is valued and discrimination, harassment and prejudice are challenged.
4. Ensure equality and fairness for staff. Promote a workplace where all staff are treated fairly, respected and supported to develop professionally.

3. Reinforce inclusive values through assemblies, the curriculum and pastoral support; record, investigate and respond to discriminatory incidents.

How we will measure success
1. Annual comparison of attainment, progress, attendance and behaviour data, with evidence of narrowing gaps and improved outcomes.
2. Annual review of accessibility and participation, including student and parent feedback, with evidence of barriers being addressed.
3. Annual analysis of prejudice-related incidents and student voice, demonstrating effective responses, improved awareness and a stronger sense of belonging.
4. Annual review of recruitment and development opportunities, staff feedback and identified equality concerns, with evidence of appropriate action.
Monitoring and review: Progress against these objectives will be reviewed annually by the Senior Leadership Team and reported to governors. Equality information will be updated annually, and the objectives formally reviewed and republished by October 2030.
